Before I was exposed to Orthodoxy, I was a faithful Roman Catholic. I was zealous for what I believed to be the apostolic tradition. But further context revealed to me that things weren’t all they seemed to be. The dogma of papism is a powerful grip on the members of the church – and, in many ways, is the core of Roman Catholicism (more so than the dogmas of the ancient faith it professess to be the organic continuation of).

My intention here is not to plauge God’s creation with a multiude of my own useless words, but rather to point my fellow God-fearing and humble-minded brethren to information that helped inform my own understanding of the world we live in.

Why is this so important? We, who call ourselves Christian, have no idea the depth of our own spiritual blindess and departure from the narrow path of life that our Blessed Saviour and His Holy Saints have laid out for us. It is my hope that the information here will help you understand at least somewhat the spiritual darkness we find ourselves in. The salvation of our souls is at stake.
